Baler

7.05.2014

My very first vacation for the year 2014! Thanks to Aki's birthday we got to finally visit Baler :)

We left Cavite at 11 pm then arrived at around 7 am in Aurora, I didn't really sleep a lot from the drive because I wanted to see where we're going tho it's dark outside haha.

They have Jollibee and Chowking on wheels!

This is our first meal of the day, we ate from a karendirya because nothing was open yet at that time.

We all had to go to the restroom but apparently walang pwede except dito sa abandoned hospital which was very creepy.

This was the statue of the only family (i think) who survived the tsunami many years ago.

Selfie pa more! Huli kayo haha

Our hike to mother falls. Looks like a trail in temple run daw haha

We dipped for a bit in the ice cold water of the falls, super lamig! But all of us enjoyed it :)

Surf time!

Anyare?

So that was a long day for us, the surfing lessons were really fun, scratch that from the bucket list :)
We had dinner that night, the service was very very slow like we waited for almost an hour for our food so ayan sa pagod nakatulugan ko na. Fortunately I forgot the name, sayang their interior was cute pa naman.

DAY 2

Again we had surfing lessons at 10 am - 12 nn kaya sobrang negra na ko but it was worth it!

So this is the food on wheels ng Chowking in Baler. Sadly they don't have establishments of fast food chains like mcdo but it's also nice to experience this :)

We had a tour at their museum and Former President Manuel L. Quezon's house. The museum was nice and they have this preserved eagle which was really cool. In Quezon's house i liked his car, the presidential car, it was very spacious inside and classy.

And that's our short but fun vacation in Baler. Till next time!

Lots of love
Alyssa
