Ola! A word I mostly see on social
media and hear today. Mexican food has been a big influence for us. Most of our younger generations especially millennials
loves imbedded traditional Mexican delicacies such as Taco’s, Tortilla’s and
Nachos. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants and concessionaires out there
making a name but don’t forget about Noble Comida!
At Noble Comida, they
focus on the FUN thing! Healthy variants of Mexican inspired preparations that
best complement the fact that, food is best shared in a light atmosphere of
simple comforts, interactive fun, and no-guilt eating whims, and moreover
modestly priced to make it a destination thing for groups big or small. With
their combination of the right amount of carbs, veggies, proteins and
sensualizing flavors of sauces and dips, that tingles your feel good rhythms
they also offer generous combo treats that won’t let you feel left out on the
rush.
So how do you think they started? Lucky guess? Well the
idea started inside the car during traffic on their way to bring their aunt to
the airport! And then from there Noble Comida was made. Each has its
own recipe to make the menu of Noble Comida and they value quality above all
else.
Right from the food to the interiors, all is
Mexican inspired! I love the cute cactus waiting numbers. A plus for your Instagram
feed :)
Muy Bien!
Nachos (Regular P195, Fiesta P245)
|
One of their best
sellers, the only thing I can say about this is it’s GENEROUS. All the
ingredients are distributed in
each layer and it’s great for barkadas, families or couples. Another thing they
added on top were Jalapenos to add that bot of spiciness. This has always been
a go to whenever we order food.
Pimientos Rellenos (3pcs P165)
|
A favorite of the owner
is the Pimientos Rellenos. Ok, so this dish got me shook because I don’t
normally eat pimiento, I dislike it, but because of this I can totally eat it!
But of course I’ll only eat this dish haha. Taking a bite from it you can taste
the juiciness of the pimiento and the cheese and beef on top of it. The
ingredients blended very well together.
Pollo [paw-yaw, -lyaw] Flameado (4pcs
P195, 8pcs P375)
|
Mexicans love spicy food
and we do too! For the spicy food lovers there, Pollo Flameado will not let you
down. The chicken meat is tender, crunchy skin and very tasty. Actually kanin nalang ang kulang and I’m solve.
For that extra extra spice you can add the sauce.
Lima Pollo [paw-yaw, -lyaw] (4pcs P195, 8pcs P375)
|
If you like Cilantro and
lime, then you need to try this. Personally I’m not a fan of the taste plus the
yogurt sauce, but again the chicken is crispy so it won’t fully disappoint.
Dynamita (6pcs P165,
9pcs P265)
|
A pulutan must have is the dynamita. Ingredients include ground meat
and cheese wrapped around bacon strips! Plus, the added mustard sauce is a
definitely win! I was very happy with this one.
Tacos (Beef P165,
Chicken P145)
|
If I can eat something
on their menu again and again, it’s their tacos! The seasoned meat and salsa
brought everything together well and with a hint of spice. A tiny thing only is
I can’t fully distinguish which is beef or chicken but other than that I will order
this again and again!
Sharing a video with you guys! Enjoy!
Noble Comida will not let you down
with their line of menu, all the more since they will give you a sense of satisfaction just right for
your health and for your pocket. Don't forget to use #tasteslikefiesta and #familia when you post on instagram!
Overall Experience:
Food – I can definitely eat here again, when we actually went here there were a lot of customers. So they have a good amount of audience.

Price: Affordable! I have no complaints here :)
Service – Great! The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
Parking – There are just a number of cars that can park outside grub hub.
Ambiance – Since it’s a food park, you can eat anywhere, choose between the hippieyard, greenyard or junkyard.
