For my personal experience, it's not the type of spice that will make your mouth feel like it's on fire. It has the level 5-6 spice where even with every bite you won't feel like it's too much. Although the chili pepper is only on the outside layer of the chicken you can still enjoy that crispy balat Max's fried chicken offers. If I were to choose if I'd order this again? Sure! However I just prefer the original one :)
