Before that, last Sunday Carefree and LayBare teamed up for the first time to provide a platform that boldly allows women to get real together about their feminine hygiene needs, discover secret care tips for their private area, and ultimately, be proud of the intimate beauty secrets they keep. They had a small booth where guests get to answer questions and give tips about their intimate beauty secrets.
So before the talk they gave us a checklist to complete, first is Get Real which is like a fast talk, then Get Intimate where you share your intimate beauty secrets and lastly Get Ahead with taking a flatlay photo. After you finished the given task inside the booth you get to receive a bag with Carefree and LayBare goodies! I'm glad with how generous they are! Right now I'm using the bag haha :D
1. Always use a feminine wash
- I always wash 2x a day one in the morning and one before going to sleep. Washing time to time is not necessary since our intimate parts are self-cleaning.
2. Bring a hygiene kit ALWAYS
- Be a girl scout! Put in whatever you need like toothbrush, toothpaste, feminine wash, panty liners, tissue, facial wash, deodorant, comb, powder, lipstick or liptint. Always make sure you have your essentials so when you need to touch up you are ready. Plus you;'l be ready for an impromptu overnight!
3. WEAR PANTY LINERS EVERYDAY
- This is always a big question for me. I wasn't sure if panty liners are an everyday use but apparently they are. You not only wear them pre or post period, but everyday. Why everyday? It keeps you clean and dry, and it helps your underwear looking fresh and new!
4. Have a good BRAZILIAN wax
- I know, Brazilian wax sounds crazy, and I admit I haven't tried it yet! However it has it's hygienic benefits too plus it keeps you cleaner, fresher and more confident.
5. If you feel bloated, wear a hight waist underwear
- This is a tip from Gretchen Ho. If she feels bloated she makes sure to wear a high waist underwear to keep her tummy intact, and it makes her feel confident!
6. WORKOUT
- It doesn't have to be an hour long workout. You can do it under 10- 20 minutes! Just make sure your routine is a little fast pacing and harder than your normal routine.
